Elton took ownership of The Oak Pub in May 2013. Since then he has worked hard to create a delightful seasonal menu using new ingredients and locally bought fresh food.

A natural in the kitchen, Elton has worked for over 12 years as a chef, most recently at the Dean Street Town House as a sous chef.

In his years spent working as a chef, Elton has honed his skills, developed new techniques and perfected his ability. He is experienced in selecting and costing ingredients, preparing menus and liaising with suppliers to ensure our food is of the best possible quality.
